Free Cancellation Period:
Guests may cancel their reservation free of charge up to 30 days prior to the scheduled check-in date.
Any payments made will be fully refunded, minus applicable bank transaction fees.
Non-Refundable Period:
Cancellations less than 30 days before the check-in date are non-refundable.
In the event of a no-show (failure to check in on the reserved date) or early departure (leaving before the end of your booked stay), the full booking amount will be retained.
Modification Requests:
If you need to modify your booking (e.g., change dates), please contact us as soon as possible.
Modifications are subject to availability and may incur additional charges based on revised booking details.
Force Majeure:
In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond your control (e.g., natural disasters or government restrictions), cancellations will be addressed on a case-by-case basis.
Travel Insurance Recommendation:
We strongly encourage purchasing travel insurance to protect against unforeseen changes or interruptions to your plans, such as cancellations, delays, or emergencies.
