We, Kefalonia Getaways, are a legally registered business in Greece under registration number 174760834000. Our VAT number is 169108745. We exclusively manage the properties listed on our website, and each property has its official Greek registration number displayed on its respective page.

2) Why should I book directly with you?

By booking directly through our website, you are guaranteed the lowest price for our properties. We manage each of these villas exclusively, ensuring a seamless and secure booking experience.

3) How can I check prices and availability?

4) How do I make a reservation?

You can book online through our direct booking engine. Alternatively, you can send us an enquiry via email, WhatsApp, or phone, and we will guide you through the booking process.

5) What time is check-in and check-out?

  • Check-in:     From 15:00

  • Check-out:   By 10:00

Early check-in and late check-out may be possible, depending on availability.

6) Who is welcome?

Everyone is welcome! However, at least one guest in your group must be over 18 years old. We promote an inclusive, respectful environment, and racism or hate speech is not tolerated.

7) What is your pet policy?

Although we love pets, we generally do not allow them in our properties to maintain allergy-free conditions for all guests. Exceptions can be made in certain cases with prior written approval. If approved, an additional security deposit may be required.

8) Can I smoke at the villa?

Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors. However, you are welcome to smoke outside, where we provide designated anti-anemic ashtrays for your convenience.

10) What about damages and security deposits?

For some properties, a security deposit is required to proceed with the booking. This deposit is fully refundable and will be returned within 15 days after your departure, provided no damages occur.

We understand that accidents happen! A broken dish, for example, won’t be charged (we might even say 'Opa!' when one breaks). However, damages that impact the villa’s quality -such as stained linens from oil use - may result in additional charges.

11) Do I need travel insurance?

We highly recommend that you have travel insurance covering third-party liability, health issues, and medical repatriation. Kefalonia Getaways is not a travel agency and does not provide such insurance, nor can we be held liable for its absence.
